1 Who is the customer?

You see only customers registered to you. If the name is not here, add it below — or, if Tufwud already has that customer through another channel, log it as a rough project and Tufwud will confirm who it belongs to.

The Potential is written to Zoho first and the next live enquiry number is allotted to it. Only then does the quotation open — so the number printed on your quotation is a number that already exists in Tufwud's CRM.

TUFWUD Dealer Suite — User Guide

Pipeline: BOQ → Enquiry → Quotation → Shop Drawing. One project file carries every door through all stages. The Enquiry+Quote tab lets you do specs and pricing together in one screen; Shop Drawings is the final step.

1 · Enquiry / BOQ

Drop a .json (project or BOQ) or click to browse. Review doors in the preview, use Add / Remove Door to adjust. Then Generate EF Excel (dropdowns built in) and Save Project JSON — the master file.

2 · Enquiry + Quotation (Combined) — NEW

One screen for specs and live pricing — no hand-off. Click ⇩ Upload Modified Enquiry to load your edited Enquiry Excel (.xlsx) or JSON (or ➕ Add Door to build fresh). Every spec is an editable dropdown; base rates auto-fill for all door types from the V8 chart. Then set overhead/discount, GST and export the PDF / Excel / GeM quote. Sign in with your role (CSM/EA/Sales/NSH). Tip: keep the standard TUFWUD Enquiry row labels intact so the upload maps correctly.

3 · Quotation (role sign-in)

Auto-receives doors from Enquiry (▶ Send to Quotation) or load a project. Base rate auto-fills from the Price Sheet (door type × fire × section × qty slab) — verify every rate; hardware/glass have Qty boxes. Set overhead/discount within your role cap, then export the 4 PDF formats, formula Excel or GeM JSON.

4 · Prices

Rates come straight from Tufwud's live V8 price sheet every time you open a quotation — there is nothing to maintain at your end and nothing can go stale. Use ↻ Pull live V8 if you want to refresh mid-quotation, and add your own margin in the Overhead % box on the totals panel.

5 · Shop Drawings (final step)

The last stage. Auto-receives the doors (▶ Send to Shop Drawings) or load a project.json / measurement .xlsx. Click a door to preview, set hand (LH/RH), and export PDF or DXF — single door or all at once.

Tips

Keep internet on for first load. Install via the top-bar ⬇ Install App button (Android/desktop) or Safari Share → Add to Home Screen (iOS). When a new version is deployed you’ll see a Refresh prompt.

Sales Collateral

Brochures, product literature and presentation material you can send to your customers. Kept on the Tufwud drive so you always pick up the current version rather than an old copy on your laptop.
